In a years time, you can freeze dry 390 gallons of food

Easy to use just press start and the freeze dryer will beep when finished

Each batch typically takes about 24 hours to complete the process.

There is also a detachable Premier Vacuum Pump that sits outside the freeze dryer: 32 lbs. Maintenance: Simply filter and replace oil (unless you upgraded to an oil free pump). It just takes a couple of minutes.
