Includes: Large Freeze Dryer, Premier Vacuum Pump, Vacuum Pump Oil, Oil Filter, Stainless Steel Trays (set of 6), Guide to Freeze Drying, Mylar Bags (50 ct), Oxygen Absorbers (50 ct), Impulse Sealer.

Freeze dry 5,500 pounds of fresh food per year (35-45 pounds per batch). In a year's time, you can freeze dry 1,400 gallons of food.

Each batch typically takes about 24 hours to complete the process.

6 trays (10.9” W x 29.5” D x 0.75” H)

There is also a detachable Premier Vacuum Pump that sits outside the freeze dryer: 32 lbs. Maintenance: Simply filter and replace oil (unless you upgraded to an oil free pump). It just takes a couple of minutes.

110 volt (NEMA 5-20) outlet. A dedicated 20 amp circuit is required. At peak, the X-Large freeze dryer draws about 17 amps, but on the average about 13 amps (1600 watts) of power per hour. Your freeze dryer will cost an estimated $4.00 a day, depending on power costs in your area.

Warranty: Three year limited warranty.
